We’ve lived here for five years now, and tried several plumbing companies. Bert Norman’s is by far the most knowledgeable and professional. We have even become “club” members Which gives us a complete home inspection and hot water heater purge each year. We also enjoy first call emergency service and 20% off repairs. That’s a pretty good deal to us.

After contacting Bert Norman's Plumbing concerning an emergency situation, Shannon, Office Manager was able to accommodate our request for timely service. Noah arrived and was able to diagnose the problem and was able to alleviate the emergency situation immediately. Noah even facilitated the ordering of necessary parts to complete the plumbing repair in a future date. This is the first time we have used Bert Norman's Plumbing services, and we were extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Steven was courteous, explained everything that was needed, and quoted a price that was fair and reasonable. The office followed up to be sure our issue was solved. Really a great experience.
