Rental Toilet Replacement at Amelia by the Sea – Amelia Island, FL

We recently completed a toilet replacement project in a rental unit at Amelia by the Sea on Amelia Island in Fernandina Beach, Florida, and it’s one we’re especially proud to share.

Unless a specialty item is required, our trucks truly operate as a “warehouse on wheels.” In this case, Steven already had the correct toilet unit stocked on his truck, allowing him to complete the installation in less than an hour.

Steven also took excellent before-and-after photos of the toilet and flange area, ensuring everything was documented and installed correctly. He cleaned up exceptionally well and left the bathroom spotless. We’re proud of the professionalism he showed and the timely manner in which the work was completed.
