Water Heater Replacement & Hose Bib Upgrade – N Hampton Club Way, FL

A homeowner on N Hampton Club Way contacted us regarding an aging water heater in their garage. Upon inspection, we found the existing unit dated back to 2004 and had a previously installed recirculation pump. Due to the age and condition of the system, we provided a quote to replace the water heater and reinstall the recirculation pump for continued convenience.

The homeowner approved the work, along with an additional request to replace a worn hose bib located on the front right side of the garage.

We began by shutting off the main water supply at the meter and draining the old water heater. The outdated unit was removed, and the hose bib was replaced with a new durable brass hose bib.

Next, we installed a new water heater, complete with a new drain pan and shut-off valve, and reconnected the recirculation system. After restoring water service, we purged air from the lines and powered on the unit. Both thermostats were adjusted, and the system was tested to ensure proper operation with no leaks.

All work areas were cleaned, and the old heater was hauled away, leaving the homeowner with a reliable and updated system.

This project highlights the importance of replacing aging equipment before failure and ensuring all supporting components—like hose bibs and recirculation systems—are functioning properly for long-term performance and convenience.
